Thank you for keeping me updated on the status of my knife. I’m a vet and recently purchased my own practice and have been working 7 days/week getting things where they need to be. Having your updates prevented any worries. The knife arrived the end of the following week and is FANTASTIC!! The sharpening rod is great too!
